At Sandesh Computers & Multiservices, we provide both public utility tools and login-based professional portal services (such as Aadhaar print formatting, passport photo makers, Mahasarthi cards, voter card services, etc.) for cyber cafés and retailers.

1. Wallet Balance & Professional Services

While our basic homepage utilities are free to use, accessing advanced professional dashboard services requires a user account and wallet balance. Fees are deducted per successful service execution.

2. Failed Transactions & Balance Deduction

If your wallet balance is deducted due to a technical glitch, server error, or incomplete service execution, you are entitled to a full refund or balance reversal.

3. Refund Processing Time (24-48 Hours)

In case of any payment or deduction discrepancy, users can contact us directly via our official support channel. Verified failed transactions will be refunded or credited back to your portal wallet within 24 to 48 working hours.

4. Service Cancellation & Non-Refundable Cases

Once a professional service (such as digital card generation or document formatting) is successfully processed and delivered on your dashboard, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
